Registration Information

• Each international paper needs one full international registration.
• Each International Track paper (including three Special Sessions) should provide the copyright form as the following steps:
  1. Authors should log in to the IEEE eCF site to submit a copyright form. The first time to log in to the IEEE eCF site, please use "Sign up" directly. Enter your email and initial password to log in to the system.
  2. After filling out the IEEE copyright form on the IEEE eCF site, it will generate the copyright form.
  3. The authors need to download and upload it with the camera-ready copy to the CMT submission system simultaneously. The CMT system allows multiple files upload.
• Each domestic paper needs one full international or domestic registration.
• Remember to provide your paper id when registering as an author.
• If you have travel restrictions due to COVID-19, you may still publish your paper at TAAI 2021 conference with discounted fee.
• At least one author of each accepted paper must have Full Registration. In the case of multiple acceptances, each extra paper requires at least one extra Full Registration.
  
• One conference banquet ticket is included in full registration but not in student registration.
• Online registration system will be closed on Nov. 7, 2021. After Nov. 7, 2021, only on-site registration will be possible.
• In response to the current pandemic due to the COVID-19, and taking into account the different countries' restrictions and the unstable situation of COVID in the world, TAAI 2021 Committee has decided to allow the authors not in Taiwan be able to participate virtually. These authors can present and discuss online when the time that sessions are scheduled.
• 目前大會因應疫情的做法是實體和線上會議並行，因為疫情無法與會的學者， 將以即時線上發表的形式參與會議討論。國外學者會有入境上的困難和限制，所以會請他們以線上方式進入各個session發表或討論。 目前在有規範的隔離措施下，室內仍可以允許一定的人數容量， 所以原則上作者如果目前人在國內，大會會要求參與實體的會議。 然而我們仍會滾動式的調整做法來因應疫情、以及配合政府的最新防疫規範。
